DriveCost bridges this gap. We combine official U.S. EPA fuel economy data with empirical research on maintenance schedules, tire wear, regional utility rates, and residual depreciation models. Every formula is published, every assumption is user-adjustable, and every estimate carries an explicit data confidence label.
